Refund policy

Returns:

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions -

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery of the last item. Simply email Katherine@Xover0.store or reach out using our Contact Form to let us know the details of your return.

Ship items back within: 14 days of notifying us.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We cannot refund any upgraded or expedited shipping fees, only the cost of the item and standard shipping. 

Customers who checked out using a phone number only: If you completed your order without providing an email address, you cannot access your account using the link above. To request a return or cancellation, please use the link provided in your SMS order confirmation.

Exemptions:

Our Premium Booksafe packaging is non-refundable.

Made-to-Order items are non-refundable. 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds will be initiated within one business day of receipt of the item in original condition. Please note that it may take several days for your bank to process the refund before it appears in your account.

Exchanges:

If you have ordered the wrong size, please follow the return instructions above...

And Contact Us for assistance. 

Unfortunately, we may still need 4-6 weeks for fabrication of the new size. Following the Size & Fit instructions below each item description will help ensure the correct size is ordered. 

Cancellations:

We cannot accept cancellations for orders that have already shipped. When items are in stock we ship asap, but if it is still within a few hours of your placing your order, Contact Us for assistance and we will see what we can do.

Honor System:

Please keep in mind that we are a small - very small - two person business. We are not a behemoth corporation like Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc. When you place an order with us, Duane and Katherine personally start working on it right away in the interest of minimizing your wait. Frivolous cancellations and returns are an abuse of our labor and a waste of materials and resources. So we are counting on you to be responsible and respectful so that small businesses like ours can continue to exist. We beg you to take the time to think about your purchases before you make them, whether here or elsewhere. Thank you in advance.
